Counsel to the easement holder in what we believe was the largest conservation purchase by a non-profit to date (purchase price in excess of $60,000,000; subsequent conveyance at the time by non-profit purchaser of conservation easement on entire property).
Counsel to the donor in what we believe will be, when complete, the largest conservation easement donation (by acreage) in the United States.
